On the 12th of June, 2005, nine bikes rode into St Petersburg having completed an eventful 7500+ mile odyssey across Russia in seven weeks.
The aim; to raise money and awareness for two charities: Charities Aid Foundation (Russia) & The Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign. With eight 1150cc Adventurer off-road Touring bikes and a BMW X-3 car magnanimously loaned by BMW (GB), the team, lead by Lord Nicholas Fairfax had earlier started from Vladivostok in the company of HRH Prince Michael of Kent.

In the presence of HRH Prince Michael of Kent GCVO, Patron and participant, a charity evening on behalf of CAF (Russia), including the documentary and an illustrated talk by the riders, was a great success.
